Large Oval Drivers
The ATH-AC5TW uses large 17 x 12 mm drivers to maximize the limited acoustic space of the housing. Acoustic space and a duct are also included behind the drivers to control airflow, allowing the drivers to move freely for rich sound production.

Dual Bass Enhancement Technology
Using digital processing to combine a bass range reinforcement algorithm and a dynamic EQ algorithm for steady bass even at low volumes. Audio-Technica's proprietary sound tuning provides a well-balanced, expansive soundscape.

Simple, Intuitive Operation
By limiting basic functions to starting/stopping playback and answering incoming calls, the ATH-AC5TW allows for easy, intuitive operation from the first use.

Long-lasting Battery (*1)
The headphones alone can provide continuous playback for up to 13 hours* so you can enjoy music, videos, and calls all day long without worrying about running out of battery. Up to 34 hours* of continuous playback is possible with the charging case.

Two Simultaneous Bluetooth® Connections

Beamforming Microphone (*2)
Small, high-performance MEMS (micro-electromechanical systems) microphones are strategically placed in two locations on each headphone. These microphones use beamforming technology* for clear transmission of your voice even in noisy environments.

Rain and Water Splashproof Design (*3)
JIS protection rating IPX4*. The headphones are protected from sudden rain or splashes of water in outdoor activities such as walking, sports, and camping. They are also safe to use when doing water-related housework.

Two Colour Variations
The ATH-AC5TW headphones are available in black (BK) and rich white (WH), making them an easy addition to any style, whether at work or at home.

Automatic Power-On (*4)
The headphones automatically turn on when they are removed from the case, making them immediately available for use.* When the headphones are put back in the case, they power down and begin charging. The power can also be turned on or off directly from the headphones.

Single-Ear Usability
Listen to music or make calls from one or both headphones, whichever best suits your usage environment.

Safety-Conscious Overheating Prevention Cable
The included charging cable is equipped with a function that automatically stops the charging when it detects abnormal heat generation.
