The Opel Kapitän is a luxury car made in several different generations by the German car manufacturer Opel from 1938 to 1970. Around 25,370 cars were produced.
In the beginning of the war, most of the cars were requisitioned and used as personal transport for officers of Wehrmacht and Luftwaffe. Some machines were captured by the Soviet Army and were used as staff cars.
This kit features a beautifully detailed Kapitan Saloon car with 4 Soviet military figures and a decal sheet.
