The Ideal insulated tool line creates a perfect blend of safety, comfort and precision functionality. Each tool features double-insulated Santoprene® handles with a soft, easy-to-grip outer surface. In addition to the ergonomic qualities found in our tools, the insulated coating process acts as an at-a-glance safety check. If the orange outer coating reveals any inner yellow surfaces, an electrician will know that this tool needs to be replaced.
IDEAL® Insulated Screwdrivers are VDE certified to 1000V AC. Each is designed to meet ASTM F1505-01, EN, DIN and IEC 60 900 test standards.
- Tempered blades are finished with black oxide and super hardened for maximum quality
- Precision ground tips provide a secure fit for less spin-out
- Meets OSHA requirements for insulated tools (29 CFR 1910)
