The plan includes premium direct access to all technical support levels 1-3 from anywhere globally with priority queuing and response times. It provides advanced troubleshooting and Zoom/Teams case escalations where necessary. Pulse Pro also extends your Neat Bar warranty for the three-year duration of the plan and includes advanced hardware replacement with next day (where applicable)/priority shipment for the length of the plan.
