PassivePOE-Extender - PoE World 10/100 Mbps Passive PoE Ethernet Extender

This device extends PoE power and data for 100 meters past the standard. It allows power to be carried on 10/100 network cables and have that power and data extended another 100 meters. Compatible with Passive PoE switches or injectors with any CAT5e, CAT6 or CAT7 Ethernet network cable.

Intended for use with passive injectors or switches - this pass thru PoE solution uses some of the power to rebuild each data packet for error free retransmission another 100 meters. It is a compact and cost effective power solution. The PoE source supplies between 24 and 56 volts DC at the source location. 13 watts in delivers 12.5 watts out. Repeat each 100 mtr as needed. 24v systems might need our 29 volt injector to operate beyond 200 meters if the load is more than 6watts. The use of CCA Ethernet cable is not recommended.

The PoE source can send either voltage polarity, and only 2 pairs are required. The device is symmetrical - either side can be used as the input or output.
