Milesight VS360 is a people counting sensor that is based on IR Breakbeam technology. Equipped withtwodevices,the principle is that the target blocks the infrared beam by detecting the area to achieve thepurposeofcounting, so it is not affected by the ambient temperature and the color of the target clothes, andit hasstrongadaptability. Adjusting the current of the node device reduces the power consumption and extendsthebatterylife. As a Milesight D2D controller, the VS360 seamlessly communicates with other Milesight D2Dagentdevices, establishing more possible connections and paving the way for smoother operations.

Working as pair, the VS360 can smartly identify and calculate the inbound and outbound at the entryway as one passes by.

Infrared Break Beam Technology

The infrared break beam technology involves the principle of crossing the invisible line between the transmitter and receiver, accurately counting foot counts.

VS360 offers pinpoint precision in foot traffic counting with an accuracy of up to 99% for single person detection, and up to 85% accuracy when there is more than one person.
