Description

The L-com CMSP-CAT6T-4 lightning and surge protector provides superior lightning and surge protection for up to four lines with improved frequency response for indoor 10/100/1000 Ethernet networks. The unit has low line to line and line to ground capacitance to minimize distortion of high-speed signals. This design provides protection for both common and differential mode surges. The CMSP-CAT6T-4 utilizes gas discharge tubes on each pair for superior power handling capability. The CMSP-CAT6T-4 features eight shielded RJ-45 jacks for ease of installation. The rugged aluminum chassis can be wall or shelf mounted. Mounting holes are provided on the unit.This protector is compatible with 802.3af/at Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) devices. It supports both PoE modes A and B for power.
