At KW Tech, we ship networking, security and IT products right across New Zealand. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

 

Shipping costs: We offer free nationwide shipping on all orders over $299. Orders under $299 are charged a standard flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 

Delivery times: Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, courier delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days to North Island addresses and 2 to 4 business days to South Island and rural addresses. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or for remote locations.

 

Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

 

Genuine products: Every item we ship is a genuine product sourced from authorised New Zealand distributors.

 

Returns: We offer a 30-day returns policy for hassle-free exchanges. If something is not right, please contact our team and we will help sort it out.
